What Jenn Is Loving

1. Redeeming Love

This is one of the best books I've ever read.

It's "Christian Fiction" and based on the story of Hosea

For those who don't know:

Hosea was told by God to marry a prostitute and love her as God loves his people. 

Except, Redeeming Love is set in the 1850s gold rush

Seriously, read this book!

2. Netflix

My wonderful James gave me the password to his account

Which means, I can watch any of the "instant" movies right on my Macbook

it's kinda awesome

3. Bumper Stickers on Facebook

Mine have gotten a bit out of control

Especially in regards to Twilight

Here are some of my faves

I think this last one is my absolute favorite! 

4. Cute Dates

James & I are cute.

I don't know if you knew this or not, but we are.

Especially James.

So therefore, we go on cute dates.

Last week he took me to the Cheesecake Factory and the Planetarium

Yea, it was AWESOME.

And yes, I did devour my Brownie Sundae Cheesecake

Then I took a nap the whole car ride home because the small children of VBS had worn me out.

5. Scattergories

As it turns out, I'm really good at this game.

I went to my former Younglife leader's house Tuesday with Sarah.

The three of us played Scattergories for almost an hour, and I won every round

6. Home Made Cake

I made a cake, from scratch.

Frosting and everything.

It was delish.

There were a few minor mishaps, but overall the cake turned out ah-mazing

7. TOMs Tie-Dyed Shoes

I literally squealed when I saw these

I really want a pair, and they used to have some that were Zeta Blue.

However, they were limited edition and I was not able to get them.

Sad day, I know.

Then they came out with the corduroy TOMs in Zeta Blue, and I almost bought them...

But now, there are awesome tie-dyed ones! 

So we are going to vote, and I need your help.

8. I Rocked a Romper at the No Doubt/Paramore Concert

And so did Gwen 

(as in Gwen Stefan, as in the lead singer of No Doubt)

I came home from VBS and my Daddy asked "You wanted to go to No Doubt tonight, right?"

Well DUH!

So I called up Kayla, who had lawn seats, and told her to give her tickets to my Big and her BFF Jessie. 

Me, Lauren, Kayla, Jessie and Kim had a blasty-blast

&& my friend Jason was there! He called me when Paramore was playing "Decode" because it made him think of me (we watched Twilight together a LOT in the dorms).  

So after Paramore got off stage I went on a mission to find him

9. I'm Headed to M*Ville for the Weekend

Where I will have an early birthday party with all my college friends

I am so excited, because I haven't seen a lot of them since I got back to the Ville

Kayla is hosting the party at her apartment, which was super nice of her to offer to do for me!

My actual birthday is the 16th

I'll be 19 (which is really not very exciting. nothing really happens)
